The UEE strives for 100% satisfaction for all products sold on the UEE Website.

If you have any issue with any non-digital product you have purchased on the website please express your concerns in writing at info@ExLo.org, and please include all of your contact information including your phone number.

Refunds may be issued for all non-digital products returned in saleable condition.

Refunds will not be issued for any digital, downloadable products, but credit may be issued if concerns are validated.
